Types of Skin:

If you want to know the skin type, you must first know how many types of skin are there.

There are generally four types of skin –

  1. Dry,
  2. Normal,
  3. Oily and
  4. Combination.

How do you know what kind of skin you have?

Dry skin.

No kind of oily feeling can be noticed if the tissue is pressed on the dry skin. But due to the extra dryness of this type of skin, the skin often turns white. The skin is rough, with wrinkles in some places.

Normal skin.

Very little oily feeling can be noticed by holding the tissue on normal skin. This type of skin is neither too dry nor too oily. Some imperfections may or may not be present, may not be too bright, may have a few large spots.

Oily skin.

In this case, the whole oily feeling of your face rises in the tissues, in fact you have to understand that your skin is oily. In case of oily skin, most parts of the forehead, nostrils, chin and cheeks are oily. There may be blackheads, acne or some blemishes, large pores on the skin. So this type of skin can be easily identified.

Mixed skin.

If only oil (nose, forehead and chin / chin) comes out of the mixed tissue paper, then your skin type is mixed. Mixed skin is somewhat dry, somewhat normal and some oily.

How to take skin care nowadays,

Care of Oily Skin.

It is a little difficult to take care of oily skin. A certain amount of oil is essential for our skin which keeps our skin healthy, helps to retain youth and protects our skin from drying out. The advantage of oily skin is that the oil protects against wrinkles and discoloration of the face. But the problem of oily skin is not less. Dry sand gets stuck easily on oily skin and excess oil closes the pores of the mouth. This increases the risk of bacterial infections and bronchitis. Oily skin can affect anyone, at any age. Do not neglect it.

Causes of oily skin.

The oil glands mean that sebum is produced when the sebaceous glands are activated. Sebum is an oily substance, which is produced in this gland. Its function is mainly to moisturize our skin and protect our skin from dry weather outside. But excess sebum makes the skin oily and creates acne or acne problems.

A good face wash is the key to oily skin care. The face should be washed in such a way that the excess oil in the mouth is removed but not all the oil inside the lipids or glands. Because we need a certain amount of oil and lipids. So the cleanser you use should be a mild synthetic detergent (made for the face) and it should be oil, wax and lipid free. It washes away excess oil without drying the face. It is best to use mild soap and ivory or natural soap. Wash your face 2/3 times a day, not more than that at all. Use mild warm water to wash face. Do not rub your face too much while washing. Take only light massage.

2. Moisturizer.

Use a mild, oily wax and lipid-free moisturizer. People with extra oily skin do not need to use it.

3. Do not touch or rub your face with your hands without washing your face.

This can cause acne by closing the pores.

4. Eat a balanced diet.
